Felicisima D. Ogee

Felicisima "Feling" Duran Ogee (November 12,1946-November 26, 2022) lived a beautiful and joyful life and was loved by all who knew her. A playful woman with a caring heart, she provided much laughter and happiness to others. Feling immediately lit up any room she entered and made an impact on so many people. She could often be spotted wearing one of her many yellow jackets. Feling unconditionally, unselfishly loved her family and friends and made it her mission to tend to the needs of others. She was known for her delicious cooking and personalized ornaments she sewed for others. Feling loved to joke and had an unforgettable laugh that made others smile. Her husband, Thomas, adored her and together they taught their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren the importance of family, honesty, integrity, and hard work. Feling was born in Seattle, Washington, to Aurea and Sinforoso Ordoña. She was the youngest of four sisters. She grew up in Seattle, Washington, with a large extended family, who affectionately called her "Pong." She attended Immaculate Conception High School where she participated in the very first Filipino Youth Drill team called the Princesas. She worked for Boeing in Seattle until getting married to Thomas Ogee Sr. and devoting her life to care for her children. She lived with her family in Portland, Oregon, and Omaha, Nebraska. She later made her home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her favorite thing to do was watching her children's and grandchildren's sports and activities which allowed her to travel all over the country. Her family was the most important thing in her life and she showed it everyday. Feling was preceded in death by her mother, Aurea Duran, and Sinforoso Ordona, her daughter Aurea Ogee and her husband, Thomas Ogee Sr.. She is survived by her children Danielle McGlynn (Michael), Thomas Ogee Jr.(Jennifer), and Kimberly Harris (James); her sisters Nancy Koslosky, Virginia Ordona, and Theresa Verfaillie; grandchildren Mackenzie Groom (Riley), Carson McGlynn, Kieran McGlynn, Ellie Ogee, Kamryn Harris, Liam McGlynn, Karlee Ogee, Keliah Harris, and Thomas Ogee III), and great grandson Griffin Groom among countless loved ones. To say she will be missed is an understatement. There will be a memorial service at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 820 18th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. A reception will be held in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the Memorial Service at Immaculate Church.
