Cedric D. Willis

Cedric Willis, 42 years old of Vancouver WA, born October 24th, 1982. Passed on November 20th, 2024. He was tragically involved in a car accident in Portland Oregon that ended his time here on earth. Cedric grew up in Milwaukie Oregon and attended Milwaukie high school. He received his GED followed by completing his welding certification. Was later married and together they welcomed his first and only child, a boy Zane. When his marriage dissolved many years later, his son became his whole world. Spending his weekends creating memories together on adventures. He wanted his son to experience everything in life. His greatest joy was being a father. After working for many years for others, he started up his own contracting business and found his calling in life. As his business and demand grew it widened his knowledge and passion. He found others wanting to join and work alongside him. He was a hard worker and devoted himself to his work through his love for helping others create the space that turned a house into a home. His imagination for creativity through building and designing was admirable. Cedric Spent his free time with his son, friends and family. His passions included snowboarding, camping, wood working, riding the dunes, fishing with family, creating something out of nothing and helping others fulfill their dreams. His friends and family meant the world to him. He loved everyone, he loved people in general and he had a passion for helping those in need. Family to Cedric was well beyond blood. He always put others in front of himself and gave everything he could to others. He would sacrifice before ever allowing those around him to suffer. He was an amazing son, father, brother, uncle and friend. He is irreplaceable and will be deeply missed. He is preceded by his paternal grandfather David Willis Sr, paternal Grandmother Margaret Houle, maternal grandfather Howard Spahn, maternal grandmother Jeannette Spahn, uncle Dean Willis, uncle Darrell Willis, nephew Malachai Knight and great nephew Grayson Williams. He is survived by his father David Willis, mother Diane Dunn; Gary Dunn, son Zane Willis, Sister Athena Casciano; John Amland, Brother Ryan Dunn; Stevie Hazen, Brother Patrick Dunn; Ashley Sundeen, nephews Kayden Miller, Sylas Ledesma, Legend Amland, nieces Chloe Thompson, Charisma Knight, Riverleigh Amland, Ryleigh Sundeen, Lillian Dunn, Baylie Dunn, great nephew Apollo Williams and great niece Oakley Williams.
